Syntax: TOPO CREATE CLEAN new_layer FROM old_layer [/[NO]DANGLES] [/[NO]CUT_SELF] [/[NO]CHAIN]

Creates clean linework from the boundary lines or shapes in the input layer. It segments the linework by cutting the lines at intersection points and also fixes duplicate linework by deleting one of the duplicate lines. It is useful for creating topological clean areas from MicroStation shape or complex shape elements.
